This policy describes how FoxRay VPN (“we”, “us”, “the App”) processes, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with our VPN service. FoxRay VPN is designed as a no-logs VPN and does not collect or store any personal data or VPN usage data from users.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 No VPN Usage Data Collected

FoxRay VPN does not collect, log, or store:

• Browsing activity or online behavior
• Websites visited, DNS queries, or the content of any traffic
• IP addresses used during VPN sessions (real or assigned)
• Connection timestamps or session duration
• Bandwidth usage
• Device identifiers or other information that can identify you personally

The VPN servers maintain only the temporary technical information necessary to establish and maintain an active connection. This information is kept in memory for the duration of the session and is not stored, logged, or linked to any user.

2.2 No Analytics, Tracking, or Diagnostics

FoxRay VPN does not use analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or crash reporting tools that collect or transmit user-identifiable data. We do not build profiles, track your behavior, or use any technology for ad tracking.

2.3 Payments and Subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions for FoxRay VPN are processed solely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store your full payment details (such as credit card numbers). Any personal or billing information you provide to Apple is handled in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal data or VPN usage data, we do not use such information for any purpose. The App only processes transient, non-identifiable technical data in memory to:

• Establish and maintain encrypted VPN connections
• Operate the basic functionality of the service

We do not use any data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• FoxRay VPN does not sell, rent, or share VPN usage data with advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.
• We do not share VPN traffic data with any third party.
• Third-party involvement is limited to payment processing via Apple’s in-app purchase system. Any information you provide to Apple is governed by Apple’s privacy practices.

If we are ever legally required to respond to a valid request from authorities, we have no VPN usage logs to provide because we do not collect or store that data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• We do not retain VPN usage data, as none is collected.
• We do not maintain user profiles or personal data within the App.
• Any information related to your purchase or Apple ID is managed by Apple and retained in accordance with Apple’s own policies, not by FoxRay VPN.

6. Security Measures

• All VPN connections are encrypted using secure protocols to protect your data in transit.
• We do not integrate tracking SDKs or analytics libraries that collect identifiable information.
• We apply industry-standard security practices to protect the infrastructure used to operate the VPN service.

7. Your Rights

• You may use FoxRay VPN without creating an account or providing personal information to us.
• Because we do not store personal data or VPN usage logs, there is generally no personal information for us to access, modify, or delete.
• If you have questions about how your purchase data is handled, you can manage your information through your Apple ID account or contact Apple directly.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Continued use of FoxRay VPN after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
