App Privacy Summary (for App Store)

Labai LLC respects your privacy. We disclose how the app handles data in line with App Store Connect requirements.

Data used for Tracking

None. We do not use your data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

Data Linked to You

Depending on how you use the app, the following data may be linked to your identity:

• Contact Info — email address you provide when contacting support.
• Identifiers — an app‑generated user identifier or device identifier used for diagnostics and to maintain your session.
• Usage Data — product interactions, feature usage, interaction events; used to improve the app.
• Diagnostics — crash data, performance data.

Analytics are optional and may be disabled in the app settings if provided. When disabled, only essential diagnostics may be collected to maintain service integrity.

Data Not Linked to You

• Approximate location — derived from IP for regional service quality and compliance; not stored with your identity.

Photos, Videos, and Prompts

Your media and prompts are processed to create the requested results. Processing happens on‑device where possible or via secure servers. Unless you choose to share or back up content, we do not use your media to train models.

Payments

Subscriptions and in‑app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment details. Please see Apple Media Services terms for billing questions.

Third‑Party Service Providers

We may use third‑party providers for analytics, diagnostics, or content delivery. These providers act on our behalf under data protection agreements and may process limited data necessary to provide their services. We do not sell personal data.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and minimization practices.

Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or resolve disputes. Media sent to servers for processing is retained only for the time required to complete your request, unless you explicitly save or share it.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access, correction, deletion, and export of your data (where applicable).
• Opt‑out of analytics in the app settings (if available).

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your data, email hello@labai.app with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the email/identifier used in the app. We will verify and process requests within a reasonable period.

International Transfers

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted in‑app or on the website.
