Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Labai apps or website (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

User Content

You retain ownership of your content (images, videos, prompts). You grant us a limited license to process and temporarily store content as necessary to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have all rights to the content you submit.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Auto‑Renewal

• Paid features may be offered via auto‑renewable subscriptions or consumable credits.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple pursuant to their policies.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, harassment, infringement, or generation of unlawful content.
• No attempts to access non‑public areas, reverse engineer, or circumvent security.

Third‑Party Services

Some features may rely on third‑party services (e.g., processing or analytics). Their terms and privacy practices may apply in addition to ours.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy of generated outputs or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labai LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Apple Terms

Use of the iOS app is also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms & Apple Standard EULA. In the event of a conflict, Apple’s terms control for purchases made through the App Store.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse, or where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [Your Venue].

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
